Young Jonn, born John Saviours Udomboso on February 16, 1995, hails from Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria. His journey in the music industry has been nothing short of remarkable, transitioning from a prolific record producer to a blazing musical artist.
Early Life and Education:
Young Jonn was born in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State. His elementary education took place at Ideal Foundation Primary School in Ibadan, and he continued to GOF College in Osogbo, Osun State for his secondary education. During high school, Jonn’s interests spanned basketball, soccer, and various forms of entertainment, including musical instruments, miming, and dance. He later pursued Communication and Language Arts at the prestigious University of Ibadan.
Rise as a Producer:
Young Jonn’s musical journey began early. As a child, he learned to play musical instruments and formed a group called AVG with his siblings. In 2012, he signed with Hit Factory Studio, where he honed his production skills. His breakthrough came when he produced Olamide’s chart-topping single “Story For The Gods”.
