In this chapter, the Genie makes the acquaintance of yet another Hogwarts student, Miss Luna Lovegood, who, apparently, is so bothered by the alleged infestation of mysterious wrackspurts that she has even taken to sleepwalking. When it becomes clear that the creatures in question are an illusionary manifestation of the girl's horny mind, the Genie comes up with a devious plan to make use of this circumstance for his own egotistic good...
