I actually LIVE here. I'm not dreaming about it. I live in this god awful state. Every day I wish I could go home to florida..although its been so very long since I have been there that if I DID make it back there, would it be the same as when I left, or would it be so different that I would feel neverending sadness? Don't know. All I know is..it sucks here.
California is fucking filthy dirty...unless you got a lot of money and you can live in a part of town where the homeless and the poor don't dare to tread.
It's also hot...as in HELLFIRE hot.
Like today..today was an example of ARE YOU FUCKING k**DING ME hellfire hot temperatures.
100 degrees outside..and 106 inside my house.
You heard right..106.
That's why my ass wasn't camming yesterday or today.
106 degrees in the house..and that's with the fucking doors open and two box fans blowing air in..HOT air. If I would have shut that door the temperature would have climbed even fucking HIGHER..and I'm sorry..I'm not gonna attempt to cam and pass out from heatstroke..nope..not me. On days like that, I tap out. I don't even try to cam. I tried to cam one night when it was 100 at my house and it didn't last long.
Its almost 9 thirty pm..and its 94 degrees. I'm sooooooo fucking DONE with summer. I'm done with disgusting stinky make you sweat through your clothes heat.
Mother nature is a cunt. She just won't fucking QUIT IT with the ridiculous heat. C, mon you bitch..its september..summer is over. Cool off, will you? Drop a fucking rainstorm or two or go cloudy for a week, ok?
I feel bad for me during this heat but I feel even worse for my cat BOOGER. Poor baby... I have to keep rubbing her down with a wet washcloth just to keep her cool so she doesn't overheat. She's a smart cat. She knows to find a cool corner someplace when the heat starts rising..find that corner and stay there. Lately, shes found another way to stay cool. The two box fans I have in the open doorway ..they face my bed. The fans blow the cool air against the quilts and the breeze is strong enough to blow one of the quilts up..like a bubble. She has figured out if she gets inside the quilt/fan bubble its nice and cool underneath. HAHAHAHAHAHA! Just checked. She's doing it now. LOL..good girl. Get under there and feel better.
2 nights ago I was up late. Too much caffeine floating around in my blood and I couldn't shut my eyes. I have a huge side sliding window in my bedroom that I keep covered up with a sheet (BOOGER ate the damn window blinds) I had the room lights off and I lifted up the sheet to look out the window. Everything was dark. Quiet. I thought to myself "I REALLY wish I lived in the kind of neighborhood where I could just go for a walk at night". I can't do that here. This is not the part of town that is nice and you would want to walk around at night. Too many bad people and bad elements that would have to be avoided.What I wouldn't give to take a nice quiet walk on the beach on some nights. Clear my head. I would probably sleep better.
When it gets this hot, I can't take afternoon naps before work. Can't sleep in 90 plus degrees in my house. Likewise, I have to wait till about midnight or so to go to bed, because that's when the house is the coolest and then I can sleep.
I'm actually pissed off at mother nature because I want to kick ass on camming and making money because I have 3 goals I have to hit and extreme heat is keeping me from making them.
