Fine-tune columns
- [Instructor] When working with Wireshark, we can customize the interface by fine-tuning the columns. Now the columns ride upon the top of the packet list, and a lot of you are familiar with those column values. I'll take the coloring rules off so that we can see them a little better. Now as you see that number is generally over on the left, and that's the number of packets that it's gone through and captured. And you can sort those column values and put them in order, and as you can see, the next one is time, and I generally leave that as well. Now within the columns, I can right click and I can align either right, left, or center. I'll align it onto the left. And as you see, the source and destination IP addresses, and then followed by the protocol. If you want to reorder it, you can simply move the column value over, and that reorders the columns. If you want to adjust all the columns so they span across the entire window…
