But all good network engineers need to start with the most obvious reasons why Wi-Fi isn't working as expected. So we'll take a look at the methodology of troubleshooting as we move from the most obvious to most advanced troubleshooting solutions in this course. The troubleshooting methodology was developed by engineers at Cisco. So let's take a look at this more closely. Defining the problem may be more difficult than you might think. Mainly because users don't know anything more than it's broken and it needs to be fixed. You'll need to ask leading questions to non-technical users to pinpoint the issue.
