- [Instructor] A very helpful troubleshooting technique is to watch traffic back and forth using what's called a protocol analyzer. And the best one that I find out there, and it's free, is called Wireshark. So I've gone to wireshark.org and I'm going to download the x64 Windows installer, and then run through the installation. And I'll choose all of the defaults, and then choose to install. Now during this time, you might see the screen flash multiple times. It's going to open up a second program called NPCAP. Go ahead and agree to that one as well. Make sure to not do this on a production server, a test server or regular Windows client is great. And installation is now complete. I'm going to go ahead and open that up. Now I have multiple different options for what I would like to grab, and I want to choose the wifi. So there's my wifi card right here.
