- [Instructor] So now let's look at the next form of RAID, which is RAID level one or a mirrored volume. So again, I'm going to right click on some unallocated space. And we've already seen simple, we've seen spanned, we've seen striped, so now we're going to do a mirrored volume. Now, with a mirrored volume, it's going to tell you that it duplicates the data on two disks. Now, unlike a striped volume where you need two or more disks, with a mirrored volume, you need exactly two disks to be used. So I'm going to click on next. We already have disk one. I'm going to go ahead and I'm going to add disk two. And again, this time, you'll notice that when I put a certain amount, and I'll just stick with that same 20,000 megabytes, when I do that 20,000 megabytes, you'll notice again, it puts 20,000 on both. But there is something else I want you to notice. And that is the total volume size is still only 20,000…
