- [Rick] In this video, we will learn about distributed switch rollback. And this is going to be somewhat similar to the host network rollback feature that we learned about in a prior video. But the big difference is a distributed switch rollback occurs when a change is made to the distributed switch itself that results in a loss of connectivity. And there's lots of changes that could potentially trigger a distributed switch rollback. Like for example, maybe we change the MTU of a distributed switch, or we choose an incompatible nick teaming method, or we choose the incorrect VLAN configuration. And a lot of those changes we learned about when we learned about the network health check feature. So let's assume that the change we make is we change the VLAN on a vSphere distributed switch to VLAN 20. But the physical switch itself is configured for VLAN 10, and this results in my ESXI hosts getting disconnected from…
