Good UX writing is inclusive and accessible to everyone. It takes into account the diversity of your audience and ensures that your content is written in a way that resonates with all users regardless of their background or experience. How can we be mindful of DEI in our work as UX writers? Well, here's a few tips. First, be aware of your own biases. We all have biases, whether we realize it or not. Take the time to reflect on your own biases and how they might affect your writing. For example, do you tend to use language that is more familiar to one group of people over another?
