From the course: Using Stark for Accessible Design Projects

Accessible design with Stark

- [Tom] Well, hello there. My name is Tom Green, and welcome to Using Stark for Accessible Design. In what seems like the blink of an eye, Stark has become a de facto standard when it comes to accessibility for web design. For those of you familiar with Stark's tools for Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other applications, the Stark web tools are pretty well the same. The main difference is you can do the checks in the browser. For example, I will be opening sites using their URLs and showing how to check for contrast issues, typography issues, missing alt text, and so on. We will also look at the WCAG audit feature designed to catch accessibility issues tied to the site and the underlying HTML that violates the WCAG standards. In this course, I'm also going to cover the Stark Dashboard and Compliance Center that are ideal for teams and enterprises. By the end of this course, you too will see why Stark has become a de facto standard and how the wizards at Stark are working with you, your team, and your enterprise to ensure your work is accessible to all.
