Sharing a Teams conversation to Outlook
- [Instructor] Microsoft knows that we use Teams and Outlook together. So it builds integrations that allow us to work more smoothly between the two. I'd like to show you how to send a conversation to someone who is not in the conversation, and in this case, someone who's not even on the team. Nick asked a question and Simon replied, so this is a conversation with a reply. And what I would like to do is send this request, which is, "Does anyone have old marketing materials to share?" And I want to send this to Charles, because Charles is a person who keeps stuff like that. So I'm going to click the more button to open the More Actions menu, and I'm going to choose Share to Outlook. And a dialogue opens, says at the top, share conversation over email. And this is a conversation, not one message in the chat. So when I scroll down, I see not just what Nick posted, but the two replies that Simon posted, and I just get to address this to someone.
