- [Educator] Our next task in creating the model is to declare the information fields that we're going to be extracting. This is why it was important to do that analysis earlier. Although it's always possible to go back and edit a model, it's a lot easier to have a plan in place before you start to save time and trouble. So, let's start adding the information fields. I'm going to click the add button for my first item. And as you can see, we have some choices: field, which is text or numbers, which is what we're going to be using primarily. Now, we can capture check boxes and empty is no and checked is yes in a check box. You need a field for every check box, too. We won't need this for our example but it is there, available for you. You'll also notice single page and multipage tables. Now, the multipage table, it's listed as experimental, just stay away from that. And this is disappointing to tell you, but at this time…
