I personally love being on the forefront of things. A lot of companies right now, at this moment are using chat bots and virtual tutors as a way to implement AI in education, which I think is super awesome. If you've ever been on hold for more than you know, 20, 30,000,000 minutes on some sort of helpline or waiting in the in a chat queue online for a real human to come and talk to you. AI helps sort of alleviate that, that burden on that customer service team. But I love the idea of being able to solve my problem before I necessarily have to escalate it to a human. So the people with them, the real problems, I guess, get, a faster human connection. So, I highly encourage you, if you intend to implement chat bots in your educational or in your corporate space, please make sure that they're thoroughly tested and are behaving the way that they are designed to behave.
