- Have a text heavy blog that needs some visuals? Let's start by locating and opening the drafted blog post. While in SharePoint, select the user name account in the upper right corner. Then select my profile. The Delve app appears. Scroll down and locate the blog section. Select all posts. Locate the drafted post and select this to open it. Select the edit command in the upper right corner. With the mouse hovered over the body area text where you want to add the visual, let's scroll down to find that. Select the plus sign to see a listing of text and content items for selection. Let's add a document. This document that we're going to add is located in the OneDrive for Business document library, so to the left, let's select OneDrive. Then select the document. And the document will be positioned where the plus sign was within the blog posting. Let's scroll down and take a look. Here's the Excel document that was just added.
