- [Presenter] Now finally, let's go ahead and jump into the business relationship section of this course. Now this is going to be covered in a lot of other areas, so I just want to go over a general overview of the things that we're going to be covering in other sections and some of the really main points that you should understand in order to pass the exam. So a big, big portion of developing a business relationship is trust. One thing that is really talked about on the exam is relationship selling versus transactional selling. It is a lot easier to sell when you have a relationship with someone than it is to have a transactional sell. Think of a relationship sell as, let's say you've been going to the same car dealer for 30 years and you know that they are going to give you a good deal, that they listen to you, and they don't try and really push something on you and they haven't for the past 30 years.
