Creating ramps
Okay in this video let's make some ramps. In Revit under models go open. Browse to chapter 8. Grab structural 803 and click open. Under structural plans let's go down to level 1. I'm gonna put a little ramp right up here. I know there's an architectural wall there, so we'll put a ramp here. On the architecture tab, click the ramp button. I guess we'll keep the name ramp 1. The base level is level 1. The top level I also want to be level 1. The base offset, however, I want it to be minus two foot six. The width I want to be four feet. Okay. Now I'm gonna pick somewhere along the midpoint of this wall. It doesn't really matter. We'll have to move it in a moment. We have the run set. I'll pick a spot like right about here. I'm gonna move my cursor down till I get to 15 feet of course it's right next to that line isn't it I'm going to type in 15 and hit enter now what we're gonna do is kinda similar to the stairs that we had modeled I'm gonna move my cursor down and I'm gonna let that…
