Adding dimensions

It's time to add dimensions. I like a lot of dimensions. Let's just jump in and do it. We're going to open a model, of course. We'll grab Structural 9-6 and we'll open that up. In the project browser under Structural Plans, let's double click on Enlarged Stairs. Let's start dimensioning stuff. Go to the annotate tab. Oh there's so many. Click aligned. Now I'm going to zoom into my stairs here. I'm going to select the inside of my stringer to the inside of my stringer. I'm going to put a point right about here. Hit escape a couple times. Select that four foot dimension. Click edit type. The tick mark, I guess 20 degrees is fine. I don't want to change much about it. Width factor, let's make that 0.8 like our text and again it's 330 seconds. There are a lot of dimension styles in here. I don't see why you need all those I just like the three thirty second serial. Hit OK. Now let's go back to dimension dimension off the face here the inside of our stringer. Pretty easy stuff. We can go…
