- So, Rich, the Lumetri Color panel in Premiere Pro is a really powerful tool. I mean, Adobe has been putting a lot of thought and a lot of effort into building up this tool set over the past few years cause they've sort of realized that hey, you know what? - Yeah - A lot of editors are, you know, they want to stay in one place, do everything in context where they're doing editorial and their audio and all that kind of stuff and the Lumetri Color panel lets this happen, but one of the cool things that Lumetri Color panel allows us to do, especially in the very start of our work flow with the file coloring it - Yeah is to apply an input lut and to be clear, an input lut is what sometimes called a conversion lut or a transform lut, this is that initial transform that you may do converting a file from say it's native log feel and look to say a normalize looking file like rec 709. - Yeah and this could be very useful.
