- [Instructor] Suppose your customers tend to order the same things every time, or you purchase the same stuff from your vendors. One time saver is to turn on the setting to pre-fill transactions with the same content as the last one you created. Up at the top right, click the Settings gear and choose Account and Settings, over on the left-hand side, click Advanced, and then click the Automation section. You want to make sure that this first option "Pre-fill forms with previously entered content" is turned on, then click Save and Done. To see how this works in the navigation bar, let's go to Expenses and choose Vendors. I'm going to click the name for one of my vendors to see the transactions. And I want to find this bill, so I'm going to click one of the bills to open it up and see what it has in it.
