- [Instructor] So I've already set up my critical path and my floating tasks. Now I want to add a few more things just to make my Gantt chart a bit nicer. The first thing is I'm going to insert a column here, and this is going to be the name of the person who's doing the task. So I'm going to give Dianne the job of choosing the country. Cody's going to get the permit. I think Dianne can do the buying of the site, as well. I'll do the modifying of the building. And so on. Then the other thing I want to insert is real dates. So let's suppose that today is the 12th of February. I'll choose that 'cause it's my birthday. So what we do, therefore, is we just insert a column above that, and then we can put the date in here. So let's say week one is starting on the 12th of Feb 2020, let's say. Now, that doesn't fit on, but that's okay because I'm going to select the whole row and I'm going to right click and go Format Cells. And I'm going to go Alignment vertical.
