- Okay, so you've thought about your portfolio, but what are you supposed to put in it? The answer is simple, projects. We already discussed the importance of projects, but I bet you're wondering how to find projects that will benefit you the most. Doing projects is good, but doing the right projects is even better. You want to do projects that will show the hiring managers in your interviews that you are the perfect person to excel on their team. Sure, you can do projects on the classic sample datasets like the Titanic dataset and the Iris dataset, but those can be a little cliche. How realistic are those datasets really?
