Modifying buttons on the user interface
- [Instructor] In addition to customizing your keyboard as we just learned, you can also customize the user interface by adding and modifying your button layout. So, I'm going to go into my 5.6 bin and load my button sequence here, and then I'm going to come down here under my program monitor, and here are the buttons that I'm talking about. Now, first, before teaching you how to add buttons, let me just show you what you can do to remove all the buttons from your layout. I just come to this wrench and then I uncheck Show Transport Controls, and then all my buttons disappear. So, if you're 100% on the keyboard, doing this can give you a little more screen real estate. But let's assume we do want buttons, I'm going to turn the Transport Controls back on, and then I'm going to come to this little plus sign to open up my Button Editor.
