Print a message - Outlook on the Web Tutorial
From the course: Outlook on the Web Essential Training
Print a message
- [Instructor] Outlook on the web utilizes the printing capabilities that are built into your browser. So if I want to print just a message, I have two places that I can easily do that. I can click the More Options button on the ribbon and choose Print. And I then get a printable window, and I click the Print button here to continue on to print. That same command is available to me not just here at the top, but also on the message itself. So both of these More Actions toolbars give you a print command. If I make the mistake of right-clicking somewhere and I choose Print, now, I'm printing the entire screen, because that's what the browser does. It scrapes the screen and says, "Here's your printout." So remember to simply use the print commands that are built into the ribbon and to the More Actions menu on your message itself in order to print.
