Pin, flag, or snooze a message
- [Narrator] Your Outlook inbox has features specifically designed to help you follow up with your incoming emails. The first is, if I have a message that at least for a while I want to keep at the top of my inbox, I can pin that message and that message will appear at the top regardless of what comes in. So, for example, I might want to keep this message from Charles about pre-planning for the Microsoft Conference, and I have two different ways I can pin this. I can right click on it and I can choose Pin, and that will put it at the top. Notice it's here with the pin in it. That's a clue, the other way I could have gotten it there without having to right click is I could just click the pin icon here in the message, and it will get moved to the top. That's pretty cool. When I don't want it there any longer, you already know how to get rid of it. My second option is something that we saw earlier, which is I can flag the message for follow-up to make sure that I work with it later. So…
