- [Instructor] Videos are a way to increase engagement, and we can embed a video right in an email message. Obviously, if you're going to do this, the video should be short, it should be pertinent, but if you want to embed a video, it's really easy to do. This video is our KinetEco PSA, and you can simply go to YouTube and search for this and find it if you'd like to play along. So what I need is the URL, I'm simply going to click to select this, right click and copy the URL. Return to my email message, click Ctrl + V to paste. And I've automatically placed that video here. So when my recipient receives this message, I'm going to send this to myself so we can show you what this looks like, and I would obviously have some additional text around this, but here's my incoming message. I could have clicked there to open it, or I can go to my inbox and click to open it. And when the recipient clicks, they are taken directly to YouTube to be able to view the video.
