Add a scheduling poll to a message
- [Instructor] Another reason we might need to poll colleagues is to learn about their availability. So I'm going to create a new message and show you another type of poll that we can insert called a scheduling poll. This is available to us in both the calendar and in email. So if I go to Insert in the far right, Scheduling poll, the first thing we do is we add attendees. So let's add Charles, and let's add Reggie, and let's add a few other people. So I'm going to add Rob Molina, and I'm also going to add Sally Kerner. Notice that when I do that, I get the ability to create a poll that's time-based. So Eastern time zone, let's say we need to meet for an hour. During meeting hours, if I were going to create a poll about an after-work activity, I can turn that off and I'll have access to other times. So with meeting hours on, somebody's calendar starts at 9:00 AM. I can choose a date from the calendar and then choose different times of the day that we might want to meet. Now, currently…
