- [Instructor] As a provider of AI systems, you play a pivotal role in the notification process. You will need to collaborate closely with your member state's notified body. They will review your conformity assessment and make the final decision on whether your high-risk AI system is safe for the EU market. In reality, this will look different for everyone, depending on the notified body you are interacting with and the member state in which you are doing business. However, there are a couple of general rules that apply in every scenario. Providers of high-risk AI systems are not just required to supply the notified body with technical documentation. It's more than a one-time task. It's an ongoing relationship, a continuous dialogue. You should make yourselves available to address follow-up questions and send additional material as needed throughout the audit.
