From casual to pro: What advanced ChatGPT usage looks like

- What is the difference between a casual user of ChatGPT and a pro user? The core difference is that casual users of ChatGPT may even use it often, but they haven't transformed the way that they work. They work exactly like they worked before, but sometimes maybe ask ChatGPT for help. On the other hand, pro users have embedded this technology in their processes. They have changed the way that they work so that they can take full advantage of this technology. What does this mean in practice? There are two main areas that differentiate casual and pro users of ChatGPT. The first one is prompting. Casual users of ChatGPT usually write a very simple prompt, and then they start fighting against the technology to get what they want. This means asking for constant refinement of the output until, eventually, maybe, let's cross fingers, they get something that they like. On the other hand, pro users have a structured way of writing prompts. They give them reliably great outputs every time they use it. The second difference is about process. Casual users of ChatGPT start every time from scratch. Even if they have a task that they may do 100 times, every time, they start from nothing, from a blank prompt. On the other hand, pro users have changed the way that they work. They have changed their process so that they can reuse the same prompt over and over again, skyrocketing their productivity.
