Modifying camera paths
- Right now we have a very mechanical camera path. The camera moves at the exact same speed through it. There's no acceleration, deceleration, or curvature it's just a straight linear path. Let's change that because it just doesn't look natural. Remember, if you have standard key frames just the diamond shaped. I'll just command click on these for a moment. You're going to see a very hard stop and start movement. That's why we mentioned taking advantage of options like ease in and ease out. We'll ease into these key frames and out of these starting ones. Now if I click on the curve, I can really see what's happening and that helps quite a bit. Now there is something cool that we can do here and that's actually play with the acceleration a bit. If I want a more gradual deceleration, I can drag this out to get a slower curve. Now it'll take longer to come to that gradual stop and you see a very gentle movement. That was…
