- Now that we've got the files, it's time to bring them into After Effects. Now, once we have them there, there might be a need for a little bit of cleanup or tweaking, possibly adding some transparency, or cloning in some missing details. In After Effects, choose file, import, and then select vanishing point. I want you to navigate to a folder called VPE Start, and select the vanishing point exchange file and click open. You'll see that a composition and several pieces come in, building out what you need here for the project. All right, this is looking pretty good. What I want to do now is select that (indistinct) and press command D, and I'll rename that Animated. We'll work with this one in a little bit. Now what we're going to do is start to clean up some of these pieces. Let's start by selecting the building here, and I'll right click and reveal it in the finder for just a moment.
