- [Instructor] We know the basics. Now we can start building our bot with Power Virtual Agents. We'll kick off with a walkthrough on how to create your bot. You can follow along the video and use the acccompanying exercise file. In this example, we'll be building a bot in Microsoft Teams which our employees can use to submit help desk requests. We'll begin in the PVA app for Microsoft Teams over here in the Chatbots tab. Select the team you'd like your chatbot to live in. Create your bot in the team where it would be most relevant. Think of your bot like a colleague. It's a bit like how you might use an at symbol to tag a colleague in a channel. If they aren't a member of the team, you won't be able to talk to them there, but don't worry. When we get to the publishing stage of the bot, users across your organization, whether they're a member of the specified team or not, will have the ability to talk to the bot that you choose.…
