Create a chatbot

When you first open the Power Automate portal, it creates your first chatbot for you automatically, and you see a dialog box like this in which you specify a name for your bot, what language it's going to speak with the users, and what environment it will be located in. Afterwards, if you want to create additional bots, there is a little button at the top right of the portal, the bot button, which opens this panel in which you can click the new bot button and specify the environment in which it's located and create additional bots for you to manage. Power Virtual Agents has a built in greeting topic that contains trigger phrases which we've spoken about in previous videos, which are how to get the conversation going between the bot and the user.
