- [Instructor] Power Automate lets you easily set up an approval process for working with SharePoint lists and libraries. There are some variations, so we'll take them one at a time. Let's create a flow that sends an approval request anytime something is added to this SharePoint list. From the templates page in Power Automate I'm going to search for approve SharePoint list. And here's a good one, send approval email when a new item is added, I think we'll take that one. And Power Automate goes through the usual checks to make sure that all your links are there. Yes, yes, yes. Once that's good we can click continue. And the first thing we need to do of course is to pick the SharePoint site and the list. So let's get that right here.
