- [Instructor] I think there's a lot of value in posting routine things to a Teams group instead of sending out an email blast. This enables people to opt in for notifications of things that are important to them. So let's post a message in this Teams group whenever a new task is added to their plan in Planner. From the Power Automate template page, search for Post Message Teams Planner and you'll see, we've got a bunch of planner things. This is the one we want. Post messages to Microsoft Teams when a new task is created in Planner. After doing the regular connection checks, this looks super easy. We need to put in the plan. And we need to select the Teams groups and channel. We're going to do this just as a flow bot. You have some choices here. You can do this as a specific user. I don't recommend virtual agents.
