Collapsing the navigation pane and lists

- [Instructor] If you need more space to work with the plans, buckets, and tasks, collapsing the navigation pane may be the solution, especially if you're working with a small size monitor. Locate the three line icon at the top of the navigation pane. By selecting this, the pane collapses and only displays the icons for each tool and for each of the plans. To expand the navigation pane, select the three line menu again. If the list of items on the navigation pane are lengthy and you want to tidy these up a bit to focus on other pane content, select the arrow next to the list name. Let's select this arrow next to pinned. That collapses all of the pinned plans. And then to expand it again, select the arrow, and that expands the list. The same thing can be done with all, which is a listing of all the plans that you have access to. Select the arrow to collapse it, and then select that arrow again to expand it.
