- [Instructor] Microsoft Office comes with a fantastic free tool called the Accessibility Checker. It's in Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote and what the Accessibility Checker does is scans for potential issues and not only that, it tells you how to fix them and in many cases, it gives you direct links so that you can fix the issues right there on the spot. I'm in PowerPoint on Windows right now, and to get into the accessibility checker here, I can either change to the review tab and from here, I can click check accessibility or in any of these apps, down on the bottom left hand side of the screen, you can click where it says Accessibility Investigate. It's going to open up the accessibility checker inspection results. For everything that it finds, you can expand the triangle and see what the error is, where it is and how to fix it.
