- Loop components can be created and shared in several Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Teams, OneNote and Whiteboard, and components that were created in one application can be accessed in other apps. I'm going to start in Microsoft Teams, and this will work the same in Teams on the web or the Teams desktop application. You can go to the Teams section and start a new post and you'll see a button in the message field to add a loop component. Or if you reply to an existing conversation, the loop button is there as well. Or if you go to the chat section and you're having a conversation in a private chat thread, the same loop button is in the message field there. So anywhere you might send a message in Teams, you can include a loop component, you can type something into the message field if you want, but whether you type a message doesn't matter. When you're ready to add a loop component, you can click that loop button and it immediately places a loop component in the message…
