Collaborate with teammates in a Loop workspace
- One essential feature of Microsoft Loop is team collaboration. Teammates can work together on a project within a Loop workspace. On the left, I see the name of the workspace that I'm in. I could also open this menu and switch to a different workspace, but I'll stay with this workspace called contract planning. I made this workspace and I'm the only member. If you want to have a workspace that you use completely by yourself, that's great, but if you want to work collaboratively with teammates, you can click this button to add and manage members, and you can add more members to the workspace. You can start by typing the name of somebody in your organization and it will find them in your organization's directory. It found the person I want. So I'll select him and I'll add a second person. Then I'll click Invite, and now it says that there are three members. Judson and Kim will get an email with a link to open the workspace on the Loop website, or if they just sign into the Loop…
