- [Instructor] It can be hard sometimes to decide when to follow up on a prospect email? Wouldn't it be great to know for sure, if a prospect actually opened your email before taking the next step? Email Engagement let sellers do exactly that. It lets them see when an email message was opened, when a link was clicked or when an email attachment was downloaded, on top of that, sellers can also create reminders or schedule emails to be sent at a later time. You can access Email Engagement settings from below to productivity section. Now let's take a look at what it looks like in the application. So I'm going to navigate back to the sales area and this feature will also be visible throughout the application. It's going to show on account forms, contact forms lead forms, opportunity forms, et cetera.
