Creating a Grafana Cloud account
- [Instructor] Creating a Grafana Cloud account is super easy and almost not worth creating a video of its own, but here we go. All you have to do is head to the Grafana website, grafana.com. Then you click on create free account, and then you have several ways how to create this account. You can use SS over GitHub, Google or whatever, or you can also use email and password. Once you have provided your credentials and confirmed your account, you will end up on this page where I can select the region where your Grafana instance should be deployed. Select anything that is close to you. I'm in Europe, so I select EU, Germany. Then I click on finish Setup. This now can take a little bit. In the background, Grafana is now deploying your instance and putting it. After a minute or so, you will end up on this screen. I now click on the top right on Skip Setup, and I end up on the screen to create a new connection, and we will do this in the next video.
