- Successfully rolling out your Smartsheet solution, goes well beyond just providing new project templates and workflows. I now want to share with you some effective project execution and solution best practices to ensure that you and your team members, get the maximum return, out of what you ultimately decide to build. Firstly, and I have discussed this, throughout this course thus far, but do focus on training, particularly in the beginning. And I must stress the importance of user specific training as well. So run some separate sessions for different stakeholders. For instance, admin team members, they're going to have different responsibilities in the system and project managers, so you're going to need to train them in slightly different ways. It could be that admin team members, need to access different resources and interact with the tool very differently to a project manager. So, just bear that in mind.
