- Maintaining your Smartsheet solution is imperative to ensure that it remains manageable and not only that, accurate. Without regular data cleanup and maintenance, your system can quickly become overwhelming, not just to you, but to your team members, it can even lead to incorrect reporting, and this is something that you need to have organized and put in place from the outset 'cause it's much more difficult to implement further down the line. So I now want to walk you through some best practices to ensure that your Smartsheet solution environment remains in top shape. Firstly, I recommend that you conduct regular solution reviews. So this should be held by the admin team. It could be yourself, it could be along with another admin team member, or this could be someone's sole responsibility.
