- [Instructor] If Microsoft Copilot licensing is included with your Microsoft 365 subscription, you can have an AI-generated meeting recap generated, including meeting notes and follow up tasks. Here's how to do it. While you're in the meeting, you'll need to record it or capture a transcript for the spoken words. Let's go to the more menu, that's the more actions menu, and then to record and transcribe. Notice you can start the recording or start the transcription. Let's start recording. We'll go ahead and dismiss this notification, and you can see the transcript has started over here on the right, so when you're recording, it's also starting the transcription as well. Now I've got my microphone muted, but if I were to unmute my mic and Frederick were to do the same thing and we carry on our conversation throughout this meeting, once we're done and we leave this meeting, then we can go over and we can take a look at that AI recap for this meeting.
