- [Instructor] As a project moves along, you likely need to track what has been completed, what's overdue, which resources have too many tasks, which have space to take more on, many different things that you're tracking and reporting on, and a plan can help you with all of that. There's different ways that you can group items, that you can filter items and different views that you can work with to help you manage this. The first thing that we're going to do is we're going to expand the view for this plan within Microsoft Teams. So we'll go to the plan tab, select it, and then select expand tab. That gives us more room to work with these views and the ways that we may want to filter things. Okay, right now the view that we are in happens to be the board view. We can switch it to the list view by selecting what looks like a grid icon here, and it presents it in this view where you're still able to see all of the essential information, like the title, the assignment, the start and due…
