- [Instructor] There are many applications that help manage projects and many that also support Agile models. Microsoft Planner is one of those, and it's part of Microsoft 365. Microsoft Planner in combination with Microsoft Teams is a great solution for managing a project. I'd like to show you how you can customize a channel of a team to make it a more flexible workspace for getting that project work done. We're going to do that by adding a plan to a channel. So let's start here. We're in the Venue channel, and we're going to go to the Add a tab menu, that's the plus sign right here. And then we're looking for Planner. Now, I've worked with Planner recently, so it's listed here, it may not be for you. If not, select See all. Then locate Planner in this list and select it. There are two ways that you can add a plan to a channel. If you want to create a new plan, one that doesn't exist yet, you'll start with the Create a new plan.
