A design system needs ongoing maintenance, support and tender loving care for it to truly thrive. Organizational design greatly influences product design. If the relationship between the people who make a product is broken, the product will be broken too. As your company grows, everybody has to work harder and smarter at communicating. Nathan Curtis goes over three ways today's companies organize their teams for design systems, Solitary, Centralized and Federated.
