- [Instructor] Now that we have our visual mood board our master components, our screens, and our key findings on one screen we can get started with designing the high-fidelity mockup. So let's go through the key findings one by one and see how I have incorporated them in our designs. The first one is participants got confused with the drag down interactive menu. If you remember in the mid-fidelity mockup we had made a top navigation bar interactive, which means we were expecting our users to drag down the top navigation bar all the way to the down so that they can access the other account settings like Reward, Promotion, Customer Supports, and About, etc. But because during the usability test I observed that a lot of participants were having difficulty in interacting with this element.
