- [Instructor] Once you've created a diagram, there are many techniques you can use to enhance it or to work with it more effectively. In this video, we'll explore at least a dozen such tips. Let's say you've created a diagram and decide you don't like the coloring, we'll use the sample diagram called Office Network Plan as an example. (mouse clicks) You could change one or several shapes at a time like this fill color change, (mouse clicking) but that's not really what you have in mind. You'd rather apply a whole new look. So let's undo the color change with Control Z. Then on the design tab, you can use the themes gallery to experiment with different alternatives.
