- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to turn a hand drawn diagram of a human resources process into a flowchart. My sketch of the process is available in your exercise files as Handwritten HR flowchart. Assuming you've put your exercise files in SharePoint online or OneDrive for Business, just tap the file name to view the sketch. I've drawn a simple view of this process without a lot of nuance but it covers the territory from a request to hire through hiring a new employee. Let's create a real flowchart from this starting point. Starting at office.com, launch Visio in your browser and select the flowchart template either from one of the sample templates across the top if it's there or if you're looking at the More Templates view, scroll down to the basic flowchart category.
