Create a task plan with Microsoft Copilot
- [Instructor] Wouldn't it be nice to save lots of time creating a task list for a project? By describing your new project, you can get Microsoft Copilot to create a list of tasks for you. To do that, you'll need Copilot as well as the Planner app in Teams. So here I have Teams. I've added Planner to my list of apps, so I'm going to click that to open it up. Now I can go up to the top right and click New Plan. You want to choose Premium because that's what includes Copilot. Then just fill in a name for the plan and click Create. Once you have your plan, you can go up to the top right of the ribbon and click Copilot. That opens up the Copilot panel. In the prompt box at the bottom, you can describe your project. For example, the goal, the types of tasks to include, constraints. I'm going to keep my description brief. For example, I'm asking Copilot to create tasks for remodeling an existing hospital space into an MRI testing room. I want to have tasks and sub-tasks, and I want the list…
